3.3 Account Termination by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
The platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may access course materials, participate in seminars, engage in discussions, and use other features as intended by the platform's design.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written permission

All content available on the Senvak platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video recordings, seminar materials, course structures, and software, is the property of Senvak or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal educational purposes.
5.2 User-Submitted Content
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content through the platform — including discussion posts, feedback, or assignments — you grant Senvak a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content and represent that you have the right to grant this license.
5.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any part of the platform content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Access to certain seminars or content on the platform may require payment. All fees are stated clearly at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
6.2 Refund Policy

6.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed prior to the effective date of the change.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Senvak expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senvak and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any other matter relating to the platform
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The failure of Senvak to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
